"What an experience! I have been to a few spas around the world and the view from the Onsen hot pools is 100% worth the money. I booked the Oval Onsen + 1 hour massage and was lucky enough to get an extra 15 minutes in the hot pools as I arrived early & the room was free. The view walking into the pool room is breathtaking. The pool turns off when your time is up, a quick shower in the pool room and a staff member is waiting outside your door to guide you to your treatment room. The massage was a lovely way to finish the experience but it’s really all about the pools. I would 100% recommend and return if ever in Queenstown again."

I was staying in Queenstown, and the spa helped arrange transportation for me, which I thought was very convenient. I booked a 1 hour oval onsen experience and a 1 hour deep tissue massage. Complimentary snacks and drinks were provided during and after the experience. The views from the onsen were breathtaking. I had previously stayed at an onsen hotel in Mt. Fuji, and the views did not compare! I highly recommend this experience to anyone traveling to Queenstown!"

"We did the Routeburn trek and booked the onsen tri-bath after we finished our hike and it was the perfect way to relax afterwards. We booked a time around sunset and the views were magnificent. Would highly recommend. The facilities were clean, staff were friendly, and we had a great experience. There were a lot of bookings, but there was plenty of space so it didn't feel crowded in the waiting area. The staff were very efficient so we didn't have to wait long and were on time with our appointment. Would definitely recommend the onsen while in Queenstown!"
"This was hands down the best day spa I’ve ever been to! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, the views were incredible, I felt so relaxed, comfortable, and at no point did I feel rushed through the experience. I loved it so much that I wanted to make a second booking the same day but unfortunately they were booked up. I did the onsen & treatment experience and it was such an amazing combo. Afterwards I was led to a relaxation area where I was offered tea, snacks, and was able to continue lounging with the beautiful view for as long as I wished. Even on a rainy day, this was amazing.
