All Spa experiences start with a luxury 45-minute soak overlooking the picturesque Shotover River and includes a complimentary selection of local refreshments and snacks.
As part of our ongoing commitment to the region and the incredible locals who support us, we are proud to offer our ‘Pool for Charity’ initiative.
This unique program allows you to enjoy a rejuvenating soak in one of our iconic hot pools, knowing that 100% of the booking fee is donated directly to a local charity or community group doing meaningful work in the Queenstown region.
Whether it’s supporting search and rescue efforts, youth programs, environmental projects, or health initiatives, every soak helps make a difference. The Pool for Charity is available daily at 8:30am and is available at a reduced rate, giving guests the opportunity to relax and give back at the same time.
Pools are released every Monday for the following week.
