Health Advisory
We advise anyone with an underlying medical or health condition to consult their doctor should they have any queries regarding the use of the hot pools and/or treatment.
As a guideline, we do not recommend bathing during pregnancy due to the temperature of the pools. That said, we do still have women that are pregnant that still choose to bathe. If you have any concerns about having a Hot Pool during your pregnancy, please consult your GP or obstetrician.
Due to associated health risks, we do not offer massage for women in their first trimester. A facial will be offered instead.
Please advise us prior to your booking if you have any severe allergies.
Child Policy
Original Onsen + Treatment is restricted to guests 16 years old and above.
To ensure we retain a relaxed, quiet environment, we do not allow children under the age of 16 to be in the treatment rooms at any time.
You must be 16 years and older to enjoy a treatment at Onsen Hot Pools & Day Spa. For guests aged 16 and 17 years, treatments are limited to our Paradise Bespoke Massage or our Seasonal Care Facial.

Evening Pools From Sunset

Allow 2–4 hours. Your experience pairs a 45-minute soak in your cedar-lined hot pool with your choice of a 1-hour, 1.5 hour or 2-hour spa treatment, plus time to relax in the lounge afterwards.
The soak comes first by design: 45 minutes soaking in the cedar pool relaxes the muscles so your therapist’s work is more effective.
Your soak, towels, a robe and slippers, a complimentary drink and snack during your soak, your chosen treatment, and post-treatment refreshments in the relaxation lounge.
1-hour options ($265–$295 pp) include massage, facial, exfoliation or combinations; 1.5-hour and 2-hour options ($400–$430 pp) extend into pairings such as hot stone massage.
