Your experience begins with a 45-minute soak in one of our classic, original cedar-lined hot tubs while you enjoy a complimentary drink and snack and soak up the incredible views of the quintessential southern landscape. Once relaxed, calm and warm, you will then be treated to your choice of face or body treatments in our peaceful day spa room with 60-minute, 90-minute or 120-minute treatment options.

The Ultimate Relaxation Experience is restricted to guests 12 years old and above.

The time allocated includes changing time. Separate changing facilities are available for after your experience if required.

*Twin-share experience only* – Our shared treatment room has two massage beds in the same space; perfect for two guests booking together.

We kindly encourage guests to bring their own slippers/alternate footwear to wear between the pool room and your treatment room. In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we have made the decision to no longer provide single-use slippers to every guest. While we do have them available upon request, we would love your help in minimising waste and doing our part for the environment. Thank you for supporting our sustainability efforts.

To ensure we retain a relaxed, quiet environment after hours for all guests, evening sessions are restricted to 12+.

Our idyllic cedar-lined hot tubs have long been a highlight for Queenstown visitors and locals alike. A unique kiwi twist on a Japanese tradition, our exclusive use pools are filled with pure water from the surrounding mountains which is heated to approx. 38.3 degrees. Ideal for individuals or groups of up to 4 people, all guests receive towels plus a complimentary drink and snack to enjoy during your rejuvenating soak. The toughest decision you will need to make is which pool to book?

This innovative relaxation experience combines hot and cold-water immersion, known as Contrast Therapy, to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, enhance energy, focus, and reduce stress. The transformative 60-minute experience for up to 2 guests begins with a steam shower, followed by a hot pool soak with hydrotherapy jets, and concludes with a cold plunge. A complimentary drink and snack included.
