Designed for couples or individuals seeking the very best in relaxation, our Oval tubs offer 60 minutes of uninterrupted tranquillity. Each cedar tub is set on a secluded deck overlooking the Shotover River and surrounding alpine peaks – the perfect backdrop for a deeply restorative soak.
Your tub is filled just for you, personalised with your choice of bath scent or soak.
Please note: Booking includes changing time. Separate changing facilities are available should you need additional time to get ready post-soak.

Health Advisory
We advise anyone with an underlying medical or health condition to consult their doctor should they have any queries regarding the use of the hot pools.
To ensure we retain a relaxed, quiet environment, The Oval Onsen is restricted to 12 years+.
As a guideline, we do not recommend bathing during pregnancy due to the temperature of the pools. That said, we do still have women that are pregnant that still choose to bathe. If you have any concerns about having a Hot Pool during your pregnancy, please consult your GP or obstetrician.
