The role includes a wide range of facilities management from interior and exterior maintenance, general maintenance work and maintenance of the hot pools.
A key focus of the role will be ensuring the building is to a pristine standard, including paint and plastering touch ups. The role will also encompass maintaining the gardens, and small maintenance repairs at Onsens staff accommodation. Along with weekly shifts driving the guests shuttle bus.
As a Supervisor at Onsen Hot Pools, and Day Spa you will guide and inspire a talented team, ensuring every detail of our operation reflects the tranquillity, luxury, and service excellence our guests expect.
As a Shuttle Driver, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility is to safely transport guests between Onsen Hot Pools and Queenstown, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey. When not behind the wheel, you’ll support the wider team with various operational tasks, helping maintain the smooth and high-quality service we pride ourselves on.
As a Guest Experience Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the immaculate presentation of our facilities while providing warm, professional service to our guests.
You will be a key part of our Spa team providing both deep tissue, relaxation massages, and facials. Exceptional customer service is a must within this role. An eye for detail is required to create a relaxing and serene environment while ensuring the spa area is kept to the highest standard.
