The role includes a wide range of facilities management from interior and exterior maintenance, general maintenance work and maintenance of the hot pools.  

A key focus of the role will be ensuring the building is to a pristine standard, including paint and plastering touch ups. The role will also encompass maintaining the gardens, and small maintenance repairs at Onsens staff accommodation. Along with weekly shifts driving the guests shuttle bus.

We’re looking for an HR Manager to lead our people strategy, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance, policies, and employee engagement. You’ll work closely with department heads and lead the People & Culture Advisor to foster a positive, inclusive culture.

You’ll also champion health and safety, manage compliance and accreditation, and drive initiatives that enhance staff wellbeing and retention. This is a key role where you can shape our team, our culture, and the guest experience.

You will be a key part of our Spa team providing both deep tissue, relaxation massages, and facials. Exceptional customer service is a must within this role. An eye for detail is required to create a relaxing and serene environment while ensuring the spa area is kept to the highest standard.
