- Shuttle bus waits for 10 minutes at the pick-up point - be punctual!

If you will have a mobile phone with you during your visit to Queenstown, please give us the number when you call to make your booking. If our driver cannot find you when he comes to collect you, he'll call you!
Note that the shuttle-bus must leave the pick-up point by 10-to the hour as the driver has a strict schedule to keep. If you miss your shuttle bus ride, contact us immediately and if possible, we'll re-scehdule your booking for later in the day. See our cancellation policy.
