General Booking Information
| Bookings are essential! Our pools are only heated for confirmed* bookings, so to be sure there's a pool ready for you, please call ahead and book. | |||||

Our business hours are from 11am to 10pm every day. We may stay open to 11pm during the summer for clients who request candles. Bookings can be made on the hour, or at half-past. | ||||

Bookings are for a minimum of 1 hour. You can book a longer soak if you wish, extending your visit in 30 minute increments. | ||||

Note that if you intend to use our courtesy shuttle bus, your booking must commence on the hour. | ||||

Up to four people may share one pool. Larger groups need to book multiple pools and decide how many people will share each pool. | ||||

Bathers may bring towels and swimsuits with them, or they may be rented from reception. | ||||

You can make your booking directly with us by email or telephone. Alternatively you can make a booking at any hotel, information centre, or activity centre in Queenstown or the surrounding areas. | ||||

Bookings can be rescheduled at any time but cancellation requires 12 hours notice.* | ||||

Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. | ||||
| Onsen Hot Pools is a non-smoking facility. | |||||

* Confirmed bookings are where the guest has paid in advance, or has provided the means (eg. creditcard details) for us to charge the cancellation fee in the event that they do not arrive. See our cancellation policy.
