Onsen Hot Pools

• 10 minute drive to/from Queenstown
• Seats 8 passengers
• Operates on request - bookings essential
• 4WD - Operates in all conditions
• No charge for hot pools customers
• Pick-up and drop-off in central Queenstown
• Bookings must be made on-the-hour (ie. 3pm, 4pm, etc.)
• Collects visitors 25 minutes prior to their booking
• Returns visitors 20 minutes after their booking
• Shuttle bus waits for 10 minutes at the pick-up point - be punctual!
  

The Shuttle Bus pick-up / drop-off location is:

Bus Stop D, corner of Camp St and Shotover St.

If you will have a mobile phone with you during your visit to Queenstown, please give us the number when you call to make your booking. If our driver cannot find you when he comes to collect you, he'll call you!

Apologies, but due to schedule constraints, we cannot pick-up / drop-off clients at their accommodation.

Note that the shuttle-bus must leave the pick-up point by 15-minutes to the hour as the driver has a strict schedule to keep. If you miss your shuttle bus ride, contact us immediately and if possible, we'll re-scehdule your booking for later in the day. See our cancellation policy.
